Medical Radiologic Technologist Application

Notice for Military Service member, Active Duty Military Spouse, and Veteran Applicants:
Texas Occupations Code Sec. 55.009 allows for the waiver of application fees for any US military service member, active duty military spouse, or military veteran. Additional fees and surcharges such as the Jurisprudence exam and enrollment in the National Practitioner Databank Continuous Query will still be charged at the time of application submission.

You must complete the application within 15 days or your information will be deleted.
Some of the questions may direct you to download a supplemental form and submit it, along with any relevant records.
